Two New Adventures Coming to Victor Vran via DLC

Both of these will be bundled with base game in Overkill Edition

When last we checked in with Haemimont Games' aRPG, Victor Vran, we heard it would be coming to the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One sometime this year. To add some icing to that particular slice of cake, the game will also be getting some new DLC that will be available for purchase for the PC version via Steam, or you can get everything in the "Victor Vran: Overkill Edition."

Guns! Bullets! References to old science fiction novels!

Enter The Gungeon Is Coming To Nintendo Switch

Sure, the Nintendo Switch may end up representing a significant step in Nintendo's return to form.  And sure, it may have one of the better titles to launch alongside a brand new console.  But can the Switch really call itself a true console?  I submit that it cannot - at least, not until it serves the purpose of "platform on which you can do bullet things with the guns and such".

Future Halo Titles to Include Split-Screen

I remember a time...long, long ago, when local couch co-op ruled as king. This was a time when high-jacking the controller or punching the arm of an unsuspecting sibling or friend was a steadfast tactic for victory. In this glorious age, triumphant cheers of victory and shrieks of udder defeat bellowed throughout crowded college dorm rooms everywhere. This was a time when split-screen came standard in Halo titles.

Cooperate to solve a murder mystery in this digital adaptation of a board game

Mysterium Co-Op Review

Designer board games are getting quite popular these days, to the point where we’re starting to see quality digital adaptations of them. Though co-op board games are a popular genre (check out Marc’s Tabletop Co-op series), surprisingly few of these games have been adapted from their cardboard forms. Mysterium bucks this trend, being a ...

Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands Co-Op Beta Recap

Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands feels like a game that's a culmination of a lot of franchises. It's part Grand Theft Auto, part Far Cry, and part The Division. Maybe in some way longtime fans of the series will find hints of the original, I'm talking Ghost Recon on the PC in 2001 - with its open expansive environments. But from our time with the beta, Wildlands is geared towards a broader audience, not those that prefer the stealthy and tactical gameplay of the original.

Steam version will be available for the first time March 14th

Dead Rising 4 Will Release on Steam Mid-March

Dead Rising 4 had a simultaneous PC and Xbox One release date back in December, but many PC gamers were unhappy that the only PC version available was the Microsoft Store version (making it Windows 10 only). In under a month, this will no longer be the case, because Dead Rising 4 will also be distributed via Steam starting March 14th.

Nature's Zombie Apocalypse has been in early access on PC since June of 2015. Since then the game has continued to add content, update itself adding online co-op, and announce an Xbox One version in the works. Wildlands Open Beta Available for Pre-load

One of the many welcoming trends of modern gaming (in my opinion, at least) is the inclusion of the open beta. Interested in an upcoming title? What better way to determine whether you should part from your hard earned cash than to test drive a portion of the game for free? It certainly beats buying a game based on a few random screenshots plastered on the back of the box.

All proceeds go to charity

The Humble Freedom Bundle Supports America and Co-Op

The latest bundle on Humble Bundle is a bit different than previous affairs. While most bundles allow the buyer to mix their contributions up between a charity, the developers, and the store itself with a pay what you want transaction; the latest one is different. Instead all proceeds will go towards the following charities: The ACLU, Doctors without Borders, or The International Rescue Committee.
