Monster Hunter: World arrives on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One worldwide this Friday, January 26, but it seems it won't be entirely "feature complete" when it does. An 815 Mb Day One patch will be required in order to do the thing most people seem to really enjoy about the game: teaming up with buddies to take down fearsome beasts.

An unplanned Nintendo Direct took place last Wednesday morning giving Nintendo a moment in the spotlight to tell gamers everywhere what goodies are in store for them in 2018. One announcement that caught our attention is Hyrule Warriors: Definitive Edition, a Co-Op friendly game in the Legend of Zelda family. This version is coming to Nintendo Switch in Spring of 2018 and includes character skins from the wildly popular (although sadly only single player) Breath of the Wild.
UPDATE: It looks like the beta is now available on the PS4 in the Americas as well. So, everyone in Japan, Europe, Asia, and the Americas should have access to the beta on either the PlayStation 4 or Xbox One.
