Warhammer: End of Times - Vermintide Console Players Receive New DLC February 28th

Warhammer: End of Times - Vermintide console players will receive new DLC on February 28th, specifically the Karak Azgaraz content which came to the PC version on December 15th. Console players have lagged a bit behind the PC version with the release of the game almost occurring a full year later, but are quickly catching up on the premium content.

Diablo 3 - Darkening of Tristram Co-Op Stream Recap

Last night we dove into Diablo 3's limited timed event called The Darkening of Tristram. Taking players back to the classic town from Diablo 1, you're tasked with completing 16 levels of a dungeon and defeating the evil lord Diablo himself. Blizzard spiced things up with 8-directional movement, 16-bit graphics, and a bunch of throwback references for longtime fans of the series.

Allegorical Co-Op Game Red Rope Gets Another Update

Nothing like a little allegory in your daily dose of gaming. Red Rope: Don't Fall Behind is a unique adventure style game released in 2016 that plays with the idea of unity being both a strength and a restriction. Developer Yonder has quietly released a few updates since last summer, refining the experience by balancing puzzles and fixing small bugs that crop up here and there.

Grave Danger Lands on PC, Console Versions Coming Soon

Hardly a week goes by that I don't wax nostalgic about the puzzle platforming co-op perfection that was The Lost Vikings. The game was phenomenal for its level design, simple but powerful cooperative aspects, and it's musical score that gave the vikings a serious '90s attitude. A few games have taken inspiration from The Lost Vikings over the years, but none so elegantly as Grave Danger.

After Delays and "Troubled Development," Scalebound is Cancelled

Without much in the way of explanation or reasoning behind the decision, Microsoft quietly announced yesterday that the four player co-op action title, Scalebound, was cancelled. While the game was shown off at last year's E3, it sounds like delays in development and other issues lead to the publisher and developer Platinum Games parting ways.
