After Borderlands blew us away with its release, we haven't been able to get enough of it. Additional content to extend the experience is a wonderful thing, but now we're ready to experience Borderlands at all times. In the car, in your office, at school - wherever, you'll now have the soundtrack to Borderlands available just in time for the holidays.
"The soundtrack features a number of tunes from various composers including Jesper Kyd, Sascha Dikiciyan, Cris Velasco and Raison Varner, Tim Larkin. Unfortunately, the catchy song "Aint No Rest For The Wicked," which was featured in the game's trailer and TV commercials, is not included."

Bill, Frances, Louis and Zoey have received a full retro-NES makeover, and we like it. Eric Ruth and PixelForce NES are responsible for this amazing "de-make" of Left 4 Dead. So far there is a full trailer out for the game, but by January 2010 Eric Ruth expects to have a full release of the pixelized Left 4 Dead on PC. If Left 4 Dead had been around in the 80's, this is what it would look like.
"It features all the campaigns from the original game, including 8-bit incarnations of the special infected, for two players to play through -- it is a NES game after all, fancy four-player wasn't standard."

In a recent interview with Videogamer.com, Mass Effect and Dragon Age developer Bioware had offered the possibility of co-op in future games. Western RPG's are becoming more interesting with co-op, mimicking the popularity of MMO's in a controlled environment. We are already well aware that they support social gaming, so this would be the next logical step to us. When asked about the possibility of co-op in future titles, BioWare co-founder and CEO Dr. Ray Muzyka replied:
"Sure, we would consider it. We haven't announced anything on that front yet, but those are interesting ideas. They could make a great gameplay experience. Whether we'll do them or not remains to be decided."

"Did you see that thing come out of the video?" "Yea...I did..." "Okay, just making sure."
Resident Evil: Dark Side Chronicles hits the Wii November 17th. To celebrate this co-op release, Gametrailers.com has released this amazing (and we mean amazing) trailer which we would like to share with you. This trailer covers the basic storyline, as well as a taste of the on-rails gameplay...only, you use your mouse instead of your Wii-remote.
Interactive in the way that we can't embed, you'll click-to-kill zombies, experience screen-shattering hits, and have more fun than would otherwise be expected from an online trailer. Check out the interactive trailer today, then join us for some co-op on the Wii starting tomorrow.

It's true, as gamers, we love our swag. If it's a way to wear our favorite games, gimmegimemgimme, right? Well, now you can get your hands on some intriguing Left 4 Dead 2 apparel, and it's not just box art on the front of that shirt. Check 'em out, show us which ones interest you, and anticipate the games (very close) upcoming release.

Wait right here, Ned's finishing up, he'll be right with you
We seem to really enjoy our Borderlands. Many of us have already finished the campaign and are leveling up their second and third characters. There's good news for those that wanted more; a new island will be available for download after November 24th. The DLC pack is called "Zombie Island of Dr. Ned" and will give players an additional 6-10 hours of gameplay time to complete the story here. IGN has stated that there are about "50 quests, and 5 new dungeons" on this new island, with a plethora of zombies accidentally created by a wacky Dr. Ned.

You've heard the tales, and you've been given a chance to play a twisted fighting fairy tale version of the classics. We've tried out the co-op in Fairytale Fights to ask Mirror, Mirror if this game is the fairest of them all, or deserves to be ground into bone-crunchy Giants bread.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 hit stores yesterday, and already the internet is abuzz with excitement, and people mysteriously skipping class or work to play. The sales from these excited gamers will be celebrated by military veterans, as publisher Activision-Blizzard's "Call of Duty Endowment" (CODE) will be donating $1 million toward boosting employment for unemployed Vets.

A lot of people who play games have some inner desire to also create games to share with the world. Epic Games wants to help you reach your goal by unleashing the Unreal Development Kit (UDK) for individuals and new companies to use. UDK will give new game creators access to the Unreal 3 engine for free, as well as all the other amenities you may need to get your creative juices flowing. Anyone can start building games on their PC by Downloading the UDK, gaining access to ongoing Unreal Engine 3 support and all the tools necessary to start building your games.

Ginger kids, old people, underpants gnomes and other general threats are invading South Park Colorado. It's up to Kenny, Stan, Kyle, Cartman and other South Park kids to keep the evil at bay with their snowballs, special abilities, and a variety of defensive towers. We gave this game a co-op whirl, curious to see if South Park: Let's Go Tower Defense Play! is worth an 800
purchase, or if it's best left in the snow.
