Dragon Age: Inquisition holds our attention still. And with good reason. Here's what the staff is playing this weekend.

I have long been a fan of the Super Smash Bros. series. From its inception on the classic Nintendo 64, through Melee on the Gamecube and Brawl on the Wii, the series has been well regarded, and for good reason. The combination of a deep roster of favorite Nintendo characters with a chaotic but incredibly deep combat system is something special. My ...
A new Evolve trailer was released a couple of days ago that revealed some extra tidbits on the game's plot, as well as small visuals on the next two Monsters to be announced. What sort of Monsters can players expect to play as in the future? Big ones.
Sledgehammer Games' critically acclaimed installment into the annual FPS franchise, Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, contained a whole slew of improvements upon its predecessors. From the Kevin Spacey-led campaign to multiplayer's added verticality, it was largely regarded as the best entry in recent memory. Although Advanced Warfare retained most of the modes one would expect from the series, it was missing a core feature when it hit shelves one month ago, that being the wave-based "Zombies" mode. Thankfully, Sledgehammer has finally decided to lift the curtain off of their take on the 4 player co-op mode.
Between bundles, sales, giveaways and flash discounts, it's been pretty easy to nab some of Arcen Games' best co-op strategy games over the last few months. A new Arcen-centric bundle is keeping that tradition alive with six of the studio's releases for a flat price of $2.49.
Resident Evil Revelations 2 brings us another co-operative a campaign that gives co-op partners a bunch of ways to work together and combat zombie threats. How will having a co-op partner differ in this game compared to the others? You'll have to watch a couple of videos for a sneak peek.
We live in a world where a game can be scourged from existence if the developer wills it. After only a few brief months of life, Crytek made the call to "sunset" the 360 version of Warface. "Sunsetting," in case you didn't know, is a polite, elegant euphemism for "dragging it behind the barn and beating it to ...
Nobody does big game hunting quite like Evolve. Well, maybe Cabella, but let's not open up old wounds. Some might even suggest a fire breathing, human devouring monstrosity to be the "biggest game," considering it could make lunch out of a Panzer. While any fool decked out in camo and goat urine might be able to call themselves a hunter, it takes a special kind of crazy person to take on the Goliath.
Lets talk about Dragon Age: Inquisition, nobody would expect that. There's also plenty of talk of GTA 5, Far Cry 4, and lots of other recent releases. After the latest news we talk about broken games, and the deal with them.
Bungie's continual patches and game fixes to Destiny should make the game much more bearable for those of you sticking around. Yesterday, many of the exotic weapons that the community has a problem with got some nice boosts. Additionally, we got some extra information regarding the upcoming expansion arriving next week.
Ever since the internet and retail stores turned Black Friday into a month long ordeal, a few other special days have popped up during the weeks following Thanksgiving. My favorite is today, Giving Tuesday. If all the "thanks" giving put you in a generous mood, Giving Tuesday (or #GivingTuesday as the internet likes to call it) invites everyone to donate to various charities.
There's something to be said about a simple game that's also incredibly addictive. Sometimes it's tough to put a beat on just what component it is about the game that makes it stand out, to have “it.” But when a game successfully hooks you, it's hard to deny going back for more. Geometry Wars is a series that's alway...
