Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure is out this Sunday - October 16th - on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC, Nintendo Wii and Nintendo 3DS. To be honest, I saw still images of the game, and they did nothing for me. Then I saw it in action, and I instantly regretted not queuing up for a chance at a review code. Don't take my word for it, check out the video. It's a cool mix of 2D platforming in 3D environments. You'll see what I mean.

Resistance 3 was a solid game all around, with a full co-op campaign for two players both offline and online. But the third iteration of the series was a drastic departure in terms of co-op from Resistance 2; the second game had offered a eight player online co-op mode.
