Final Days kicked of last week's Monday Night Stream, with Nick and Jason diving head first into the twin stick shooter. The game itself is pretty basic - drop in with you and some friends against a set number of mutant enemies. Clear the enemies, move on to the next stage.
The latest title to use the Warhammer 40,000 license, Warhammer 40,000: Gladius - Relics of War, dropped onto the PC a couple weeks ago, and this past Monday, Nick and Jason teamed up to see what it has to offer within the 4x genre.
As if seeing a console release wasn't enough, THQ Nordic continues to amaze me with its ongoing support of Titan Quest, an action-RPG that is now over 12 years old! The developer/publisher dropped a new update a couple days ago that fixes a number of bugs and adds two play couch co-op to the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions. This update will be included in the Nintendo Switch version, too, when it arrives on July 31.
I'm sort of out of words for how stunned/impressed I am by THQ Nordic these days. After releasing new DLC for Titan Quest (an 11-year-old game) a few weeks ago, the developer/publisher told THEMSELVES "hold my beer" and announced yesterday that they'll be bringing the action-RPG to consoles in March 2018. Not only that, but they're releasing a Collector's Edition of it, too! Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaatttttt??!
There was a bit of surprising news that dropped on Friday; THQ Nordic released new DLC for Titan Quest. Yes, THAT Titan Quest. The 10 year-old mythological action-RPG now has a new story acts, a new mastery, a higher level for your character, and new gear. That's... pretty awesome?
ArmA 3, a game known for its hardcore simulation of military combat, is shifting its focus slightly with its latest DLC, "Laws of War". Where much of the base game centers around the moment-to-moment action and tactical decisions required in a firefight, "Laws of War" hones in on the effects of those firefights on both civilians living in the area and humanitarian workers attempting to repair the damage done afterward.
A massive update landed for ArmA 3 this week, coinciding with the Apex Expansion launch. If you're an ArmA 3 player, you're in for a doozy of an update. This update clocks in at 9.6 GB or 1.5 GB, depending on whether you have Apex or not.
EA's analog to Xbox One Access offers up a fistful of PC games in exchange for a monthly subscription fee. Most of the titles are the company's heavy hitters, but recently a little co-op RPG called Torchlight 2 made it on the list. When Battlefield and Dead Space doesn't cut it, it's time to go indie.

Farming Simulator 15's new "Gold" DLC gives you and whatever 15 friends you indentured into farmhand service a brand new virtual playground in Eastern Europe. Well, I say "playground." It really depends on how riled up you get about heavy machinery that can speed-harvest turnips.
When it comes to farming sims, most people fall into one of three categories: love 'em, never touched one, and OMG Harvest Moon. No matter which camp you belong to, this trailer's going to get you ready for Farming Simulator 15 on PS4 and Xbox One. Not because it's flashy or clever, but because it shows you exactly what it's going to be like co-op farming on a next-gen console.

Assuming the moniker of "xxHardWorkEasyLivingxx" on a farming message board and flaming any cityfolk that dare post in that hallowed forum. Oh, and also playing Farming Simulator 15 on consoles.
While many of us have been waiting a very long time for a true next generation installment of the Star Wars Battlefront series, some of us will have to wait just a little bit longer than others. Recently, Electronic Arts confirmed that the new Battlefront title will be playable first on Xbox One due to the EA Access program.
