New DLC has arrived for everyone's favorite sniper, Karl Fairburne, and Sniper Elite 4. Part two, Infiltration, of the three part Deathstorm campaign arrived yesterday and it picks up where part one, Inception (bwaaaaaaaaaaammmm), left off.
So, you've beaten Sniper Elite 4. You mowed down wave upon wave of Nazis and presumably killed Space Hitler, thereby saving Earth. Or whatever. What's a grizzled sniper to do when there aren't any bad guys left to hunt? Well, you could spend the rest of your days contemplating the meaning of life and death in the context of your murder-career, or you could wait patiently until more bad guys inevitably crop up.
The Sniper Elite series’ staple has always been its bullet cam which follows your sniper’s shots from rifle to target in cinematic slow motion. Adding in an X-Ray feature, these killcams become a brutal, yet satisfying, way to keep players enticed to keep on sniping. A clean kill takes on new meaning as bullets pierce eyes, internal org...
Last night we took down some Nazis. We did our duty on President's day in the United States and fought back against the oppressors. We've got a handful of videos recapping the action in Sniper Elite 4, out now on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
Sniper Elite 4 is out this week on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. Fans of the series return to World War 2 as a agent Karl Fairburne across a campaign set against the backdrop of Italy.
Sniper Elite 4 is out in just two short weeks for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. The game follows up on the hugely successful 3rd installment of the series which saw a dedicated co-op campaign for the first time. Now Sniper Elite 4 expands on those co-op options, bringing a two player co-op campaign on top of a four player co-op survival mode.
There is nothing quite like nestling down somewhere comfortable and having some time to relax. Normally a book would help, or perhaps just have a nap, but the developers of Sniper Elite 4 prefer to take a rifle with them! At least this will help in their Development Diary for the game's 4 player co-op Survival Mode.
Ah, and so we're back in the comforting arms of the Sniper Elite series. 2016 has been quite the interesting year, but it's nice to return to a place of familiarity, a place where you've once again been handed a sniper rifle and tasked with eliminating high-profile individuals within the Nazi, Zombie, or Nazi Zombie community.
Good news if you enjoy slow motion death cams and also live in "the land down under." EB Games is offering a Collector's Edition for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of Sniper Elite 4 for just $AUD129.95. No word on whether this will be making its way to any other territories, so if you're outside of Australia and really interested in picking it up, then you certainly can, but expect a pretty big shipping fee.
The Eurogamer Expo (or EGX) was held in Birmingham, England a little over a week ago and Rebellion was there to not only show off the next Sniper Elite title, Sniper Elite 4, but specifically to show off the co-op. While we've heard that the game will support two players throughout the campaign since the initial announcement, this is the first time we've had a chance to see that co-op in action.
It's been awhile since we've heard much from Rebellion about Sniper Elite 4, but they've still got their sights set on a February 14 release date. A new gameplay trailer has arrived to remind you that the real appeal of the series are the brutal death cams, and it also has a special pre-order bonus with which to tease you.
Not to be forgotten in the flurry of E3 activity, UK developer Rebellion has announced a release date for Sniper Elite 4. The latest entry in the long-running sniper franchise will be available on February 14, 2017.
