Warface Rolls Out Spooky New Cyber Horde Mode For Halloween

Everybody's got their favorite Halloween monstrosity. The undead (zombies, ghosts, mummies) are always popular, while the living, breathing beasts (your wolfmans, fish-persons, the Jersey Devil) have to spread what meager love they get between them. There is one particularly nasty abomination we don't hear a lot about, even in the new digital age: cyborg monstrosities. Warface is finally entrenching them as a Halloween staple with their new co-op mode, "Cyber Horde."

I wonder what evil corporation per capita rate is in Siberia?

New Marathon Co-op Mode Added To Warface

Braving the harsh landscapes of Siberia for just half an hour is hard enough, but it's looking like the sadists over on the Warface development team are gearing up to push their poor players even further.  Their latest update introduces the Marathon co-op mode, which links together the three previously untethered missions that formed the "Operation Cold Front" storyline.

Get Quadruple Rewards In Warface On 360 Till Its Gone

Ah, Warface. We hardly knew ye. The final February date is rapidly approaching for the short-lived multiplayer shooter on 360, but the Devs have decided to give it one last glorious fling. Until the servers power down for the final time, all players on the Xbox 360 version will be receiving quadruple bonuses for all rewards. That's XP, VP, Cash, and Crowns. So if you're demoralized you might not be able to afford that sweet automatic rifle you've been eyeing since launch, fear not.

Why can't bad guys pick a nice bed and breakfast for their secret lair?

Warface Is Getting Frigid In New Map

During the cold wintry months of the year, one of my favorite activities is to stay inside, put on a warm sweater and...pretend that I'm really, really cold.  The latest update to Warface, Crytek's free-to-play multiplayer shooter, takes players to the oft-contended land of Siberia, meaning my dream survives yet another year!  This time, I might even occasionally dunk myself in ice water.  You know, really submerse myself in the world.

Warface Wednesdays: Earn Goodies in Warface Every Wednesday

Wednesdays don't get a lot of love. Sure, it might be the halfway point in the work week, and Happy Hour might last for an extra hour, but in reality it is merely the predecessor to Thursday, which is empirically the most awful day of the week. Crytek is looking to change the hum-drum mediocrity that is Hump Day with Warface Wednesday...

My Warface is Steaming Mad

Warface may have been on out the PC for quite some time, in fact, it was released in Russian territories almost two years ago. It ran on a new platform for Crytek called GFace, with a closed beta in EU and NA territories on the PC. Shortly afterwards it was followed by an actual closing of the game as they retooled and rebooted the service. After relaunching, it also found itself on Xbox 360 where it launched as one of the few free to play titles on that console.
