Making a New Year's resolution and telling everyone about it is a good way to make sure you improve yourself year over year. That's why we asked you to make a Gaming Resolution for 2012. A few of you took that to heart and came up with some admirable resolutions. Everyone took a step back, looked at their gaming habits, and picked an area where they can really make improvements. I applaud all of you who made the effort to not only think of a resolution, but also made it public for everyone to see. Let's take a look what you had to say.

With today's release of Konami's newest title, NeverDead, comes a new trailer showing off some of the game’s unique play-style.

Scheduled for a May 22nd launch of this year, Dragon’s Dogma is looking to provide a small sample of Resident Evil 6 within it and give us a taste of Capcom's most anticipated title.

Just a couple of short months until release, players now get a chance to soak up some footage of Capcom’s newest title, Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City, in this featured 10 minute video.

Insomniac recently announced that the Resistance series has been concluded, with CEO Ted Price simply stating in an interview: "We won't be making any more Resistances." This may be disappointing to some of us co-op-minded folks, as Resistance 3 was a pretty solid co-op experience (we gave it a 4.5 out of 5). The good news, though, is that Insomniac will be focusing their efforts on upcoming Overstrike, another co-op shooter. What's more is that Overstrike will be available on both 360 and PS3 platforms, unlike the Resistance games, which were Playstation only. If Insomniac is planning on making Overstrike their shooter franchise in place of Resistance, then that would mean that more co-op'ers would be included, which can only be a good thing.

Right now Amazon has Xbox Live Gold subscription cards for $35.99, a discount of $14 off the normal price of $59.99.  If you play co-op games online, you'll need an XBL Gold subscription to do so, as it is a requirement of Microsoft's network.  The subscription also gives you access to things like Netflix, Hulu, and ESPN 3.  

The demo for Starbreeze's Syndicate shooter is out now on Xbox Live and PlayStation Network.  The demo allows players to jump into the first mission of the game's co-op campaign with three other friends online.  The game's producer, Ben O'Donnel, has put out a video that showcases some of the features found in the demo as well as some that will appear in the full game.

I'm not sure if Crytek, developers of the Crysis series, new game is pronounced war-face or war-fis - but either way we're going to be loaded with puns for the upcoming news stories on this free to play shooter from the PC studio.  Warface is the next big game from the studio, announced a little over a year ago, we're just now starting to get some solid details.

Inversion is a game that is increasingly becoming the new British Railway System - continually delayed. It’s gone from being a 2010 release, to February 2012, to sometime in 'spring 2012'.  If these new multiplayer screens are anything to go by, when the game does eventually arrive, it will likely do so upside down. Almost a full month into the new year and we finally get our first retail co-op game.  Konami's NeverDead kicks things off with it's twisted sense of humor.  I mean, you get to play a dude who rips off his limbs and beats monsters with them - if that isn't funny, I don't know what is.

Centipede: Infestation may not have been the updated Centipede game we hoped for, but it seemed like a decent twin stick co-op shooter.  The game has been out a while now, but if you haven't unlocked everything yet we've got a handful of cheat codes to help you get over the final hurdles in the game - or - create a bigger challenge for yourself.  

Stardock have just released several new screenshots for the upcoming Sins of a Solar Empire stand alone expansion pack called Rebellion.  This new version of the game features several hefty changes including interface updates, a graphical overhaul, splitting of the factions, and many many improvements.
