I have to wonder what EA's obsession is with implementing co-op gameplay into the third installment of single player games. Mass Effect 3, Dead Space 3, and Star Wars: The Old Republic (I mean, if we're calling it part of the KoTOR franchise), all tacked on multiplayer at game three, so now it's Dragon Age's...

Amazon's Black Friday deals are live for video games, and this year there are over 1200 items on sales including games for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC, and many more. You'll also find lots of peripherals on sale for your console of choice or PC. 

Those wacky Xbox guys have some big things planned for this year's Black Friday. They're kicking things off a bit early, though, with the latest Deals with Gold. Nearly 100 games and add-ons are on sale from now through December 1st covering both Xbox One and Xbox 360 titles. There's even a few co-op games in the mix!

Hyrule Warriors is one of those rare breed of games that have been released on a Nintendo platform and is being supported by DLC.  Co-Optimus has already brought you information on the 2nd DLC pack called Twilight Princess, but now there is a trailer.

Developer Bluepoint Games has been handling DLC's and updates for the Xbox 360 version of Titanfall, so they've been arriving at later dates that the other versions. Next week, however, we'll be receiving the Title Update 8, which finally brings a co-op mode to the game and other features/modes.

Today is a day for apologies apparently. Ubisoft have issued a formal apology for the state of Assassin's Creed Unity at launch - one in which an upcoming patch is needed to fix over 300 bugs. Obviously people are upset and wonder how a AAA title can be released in such an unfinished state. It looks like Ubisoft wants to try to make amends by offering some free goodies. 

So you've already conquered the Vault of Glass and you've roughed up Atheon so many times he's practically given you an entirely new wardrobe. What is left for a Guardian and his robot pal to do? Luckily, Destiny's first expansion, "The Dark Below" jump-jets onto consoles the 9th of December. Guardians of all ages can enjoy a fistful of new content ranging from story missions, crucible maps, special weapons, and of course, the new raid.

If you're not entirely married to Steam as your one and only gaming resource, Arc has a good deal for you. From now through November 30th (Sunday), you can grab the original Torchlight for free and Torchlight 2 for a measly $5. Only Torchlight 2 has co-op, but both games are looting euphorias.

I knew this day would come!  Turtle Rock Studios, developers of Evolve, have finally seen the light and selected me, me, as the one to lend his creative juices to the development of the latest monster they're cooking up.  I've finally hit the big time, suckers!  No more typing away at the computer.  From here on out, it's flashing bulbs, fancy soirees, and seedy after-parties!

While we found Halo: The Master Chief Collection to be an amazing value and a nearly perfect cooperative experience, the same joy we got from playing it could not be said for everyone. If your focus for the game is on Halo's competitive multiplayer you've been stuck in a matchmaking limbo since the game launched two weeks ago and dealing with constant frustration as you wait for the game to give you a match to play. Those issues still persist today and 343 Industries' Bonnie Ross has decided to formally apologize for not getting things fixed yet.

I know what Minecraft 360 and Minecraft One need more of - character skins!  The abundance that are already available just won't do.  One piece of DLC that could get me paying $2.99 is the Star Wars Classic Pack which will provide 55 new skins from the decent films.
