Zen Pinball 2 is one of the most played games I have owned on the 360, it is highly addictive and designed to an exceptional standard by Zen Studios.  If the developer can bring this expertise to the upcoming 2 player co-op game CastleStorm, we are all in for a treat.  CastleStorm is out on the 29th May and the Co-Optimus review will follow soon after, for now check out the informative Dev Diary.

CastleStorm is on the way! Developer Zen Studios recently announced the genre-bending action/brawler/tower defense game will hit Xbox Live Arcade on May 29th. Accompanying the happy date are a few new screenshots as well as a release video, which is about ten seconds of the date flying around sandwiched by twice that time in studio logos. But it's cute, that counts for something, yeah?

Ready your artillery, because CastleStorm is rapidly approaching its projected spring Xbox LIVE Arcade release. Zen Studios has revealed the specifics of its co-op modes for those looking to try to defend their castles from hordes of man and beasts.

Great Britain has lots of castles.  In fact, we have too many of them and could do with some being attacked and destroyed in a Ye Olde Fashion.  People of a destructive nature will be able to brush up on their siege skills with the upcoming downloadable title CastleStorm.  I would help bring down a fort or two, but I actually like the shops around Windsor Castle, so these new screens will have to do.

Zen Studios, famous for their Zen Pinball franchise, have announced a new game coming to Xbox Live Arcade and "other digital platforms" called CastleStorm.  The game combines elements of RTS, Tower Defense and Destruction into one package as players try to take down opposing castles and structures using projectile launchers.
