Action RPGs seem to be a dime a dozen lately, or perhaps completely free like Path of Exile. But one thing a lot of them have in common is they all kind of feel similar in terms of their setting. Drox Operative: Invasion of the Ancients does things a bit differently, putting players into space with their ship and crew as the player instead of dressing up a human in various armors.
Poor Rayman Legends. Even after all the delays and miniature controversies, the launch still didn't go off without a hitch. The game hit in September and provided every bit the co-op fun we wanted, but PS Vita owners noticed something was missing. Specifically, 28 levels were missing. Ubisoft is finally righting that error with an update coming on November 26th.

By this point, you've probably realized Frontier Developments' Zoo Tycoon isn't secretly a first person shooter designed to make everyone at PETA have a heart attack. We're ok with that, surprisingly, and these new screenshots showcase the game's cuddly side with apples and meerkats and a giraffe-patterned helicopter.

Sony's PlayStation 4 launched yesterday and as with any major release there are a few technical issues right out of the gate. All of you folks who don't own any video gaming consoles, yet look at purchasing the next gen systems, are now officially allowed to rejoice. Ubisoft has gone ahead and done everybody a favor and announced Rayman Legends for Playstation 4 and Xbox One, launching in February 2014. I have a theory that if enough people play co-op platformers together the human race can put aside their differences and no longer have a need for war. Or somebody is going to get jumped on at the wrong time, lose their last life by plummeting into an abyss, and then eradicate the human race with a volley of nuclear strikes.
