Streets of Rage 4 Soundtrack is East Meets West, All Star Cast

Streets of Rage 4 is still schedule to launch this Spring, and with it the continuation of one of the greatest co-op series of all time. While the game was famous for its overall gameplay, lasting visuals, and co-op goodness - it's the music that has stuck with the series over the years. Today the game's publisher has unveiled all that is going into the soundtrack.

Our Weekend In Gaming: We're All Doomed

Appropriately, the Co-Opticrew is spending this weekend researching the potential results of a global apocalypse.  Granted, the situation they're analyzing is more, uh, demonically-focused, but you might as well be prepared for all outcomes, right?  With any luck, we'll emerge from the weekend with a greater understanding of how to double jump and rip the limbs off any monstrosity that looks at us funny.

New Modes, New Options To Be The Ghost

Ghost Recon: Breakpoint To Receive New Ghost Experience Mode

When Ghost Recon: Breakpoint released late in 2019 it was met with a less than stellar reception. This in turn led developer Ubisoft to remap the game’s focus and direction for the future. We now seem to be at the first step of that new plan, with the impending release of the “Ghost Experience,” which comes to all platforms March 24th. As laid out in their post, Ubisoft’s Ghost Mode breaks the game into three modes: Regular, Immersive and Custom. Regular is how the game was released originally, Immersive removes gear levels and tiered loot so players can simply be Ghosts, and Custom allows players to mix and match different gameplay settings as they see fit.

Our Weekend In Gaming: Indoor Living

While most of the world crumbles under the weight of a thousand toilet paper rolls, the Co-Opticrew is maintaining a strict regimen of staying indoors and keeping our social distance.  Luckily, co-op gaming no longer requires everyone to be on the same couch, so our plans aren't terribly different than normal.

Next paid DLC arrives in a couple weeks and more in-game events after that

Borderlands 3 Available on Steam Today, Spring Roadmap

At PAX East a few weeks ago, Gearbox had some news to share about their popular loot-shooter, Borderlands 3. The six month Epic Games Store exclusivity deal comes to an end today so you can now purchase the title on Steam (yes, purchase; owning it on Epic does not get you the Steam version). It's worth noting that the game will support PC cross-play between the Steam and Epic Games Store versions, and you can transfer saves between the two but it's a manual process. Additional details can be found in the official FAQ.
