BADLAND: Game of the Year Edition Lands on Switch on August 6

One of the best ways to keep a game alive in people's hearts and minds is to release it on modern platforms. One such game, BADLAND: Game of the Year Edition from Frogmind and publisher Qubic Games, is already playable on pretty much every platform out there... except one. That changes on August 6 when BADLAND finally touches down on Nintendo Switch. At last, everyone will get to experience 4-player local co-op in a colorful land gone bad.

1.4 Update: “Journey’s End” Arrives On PC May 16th, 2020.

Terraria Set To Receive Latest Major Update

Few games have captured the creative and adventurous hearts of gamers like the crafting and combat heavy Terraria. The title has managed to keep its longevity over the years with a steady stream of updates ever since its initial PC release back in 2011. However, it appears the newest update, “Journey’s End,” will possibly be one of the final (development) chapters in the long running saga that is Terraria.

Helldivers: Dive Harder Update Now Live

It's been a minute since we talked about Helldivers; in fact it’s been nearly a year since the last sliver of info came to us so the time apart has only made the release of the new (and free) “Dive Harder “ update that much sweeter. The free content, which is available now on PlayStation 4, Playstation 4, Vita, and PC,  includes the new Proving Grounds mode, described on the official blog as being, “[A] unique replayable mission that takes place in a city, purpose built as a training facility. Captured enemies have been let loose to roam the streets and give the Helldivers an opportunity to hone their skills.”

The rise of the Ghost Babies!

The Binding Of Isaac: Rebirth Has A Nintendo Switch Release Date

The Nintendo Switch is out in full force, so naturally, games of all shapes and sizes are being announced left and right.  A standout in the proverbial flurry, though, has always been the roguelike twin-stick shooter, The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth .  It's on just about every platform you can think of at this point, and while its Switch release was probably inevitable, it certainly lends a bit more heft to a system without a ton of available titles.

Rayman Legends: Definitive Edition Announced for Nintendo Switch

Just a meager handful of games were shown off at the Nintendo Switch unveiling this January. Disappointing, but some publishers have stepped up to show their support for the portable/console system. Days after the presentation, Ubisoft announced three games for Switch, one of which is a definitive edition of our favorite armless co-op experience, Rayman Legends.
