First mission of three-part campaign

Terror Lab DLC Available for Zombie Army 4: Dead War

The first DLC for Zombie Army 4: Dead War arrives today. "Terror Lab" is the first mission in a new three-part campaign (Hell Cult) that will be released over the course of the next few months. Also available today are some new character and weapon skins, new weapons (submachine gun and a semi-auto carbine), along with what appears to be a new playable character, the "American Sea Captain." All of this is included in the $35 Season Pass, or it can be purchased separately. If you're not interested in any of that, then there's a new Horde Map, Undead Wood, available for free.

Our Weekend In Gaming: Crime Time

The Co-Opticrew is dipping a toe into some morally grey areas this weekend (just to see how it feels, of course).  Our intentions are thoroughly journalistic, but I suppose we can't help but keep our digital, ill-gotten gains.  Will this serve as a gateway experience into deeper, darker flights of fancy, or will the pressure of doing something really mean scare us back into lawfulness?  Find out next week on another exciting episode of "Our Weekend In Gaming"!

Get Pumped With Baldur's Gate 3's Opening Cinematic And Gameplay Reveal

Things are both going down and getting real in the Forgotten Realms.  Larian Studios, developer of Baldur's Gate 3, has been drip-feeding us information on their CRPG ahead of its release this year.  As expected, that slow drip picked up quite a bit of speed when gameplay was revealed at PAX East about a week ago, and accompanying it was a slick, heart-thumping opening cinematic.

Our Weekend In Gaming: Metal Will Never Die

The Co-Opticrew may be slowly emerging from the dark recesses of winter, but that doesn't mean the dark recesses of our hearts are going anywhere.  As testament to that fact, we're spending the weekend immersed in the metal lifestyle.  Whether it's through the wailing of guitars or the gnashing of skill trees, we'll be paying tribute to the most brutal of music genres the only way we know how.

Other Consoles Remain Possible

Wonderful 101 Coming To Nintendo Switch Thanks To Kickstarter

Out of nowhere, PlatinumGames announced they would like to bring their sleeper hit from 2013, The Wonderful 101, back from the WiiU grave where it was laid to rest (alongside the console). With a successful Kickstarter campaign to back it that currently sits at over $1,700,000 with an original goal of $50,000, the game is officially returning to Nintendo via the Switch come May 19th, 2020. The game may well find its way to other consoles, as the Kickstarter campaign also exceeded the $250,000 and $500,000 stretch goals are to get the game to Steam and PlayStation 4, respectively.
