1.4 Update: “Journey’s End” Arrives On PC May 16th, 2020.

Terraria Set To Receive Latest Major Update

Few games have captured the creative and adventurous hearts of gamers like the crafting and combat heavy Terraria. The title has managed to keep its longevity over the years with a steady stream of updates ever since its initial PC release back in 2011. However, it appears the newest update, “Journey’s End,” will possibly be one of the final (development) chapters in the long running saga that is Terraria.

Unwittingly release dinosaurs on the go!

LEGO Jurassic World Is Coming To The Switch

It's been quite some time since LEGO Jurassic World first graced us with its presence, mostly because it served as a tie-in to the franchise's first movie reboot in 2015.  Even though we're a few years off that initial surge of dino-stalgia, at least one person out there has presumably said, "You know what, we should put this game on the Nintendo Switch".

On September 7, the action-RPG variant of their popular Yo-Kai Watch series, called YO-KAI WATCH BLASTERS, will be making its way to our shores and you'll be able to team up with three friends to take down bosses with your collection of spirits.

Celebrate 25 Years of Kirby With a Game Sale

Hard as it may be to believe for some of us, but the very first Kirby game (Kirby's Dream Land for the Gameboy) was release in North America 25 years ago yesterday. To celebrate the little guy's Silver Jubilee, a number of Kirby titles are on sale via the Nintendo eShop, including Kirby's Return to Dreamland for the Wii U (via Virtual Console) and the more recent Kirby: Planet Robobot.

It's currently unclear how they're planning to fit all those tears onto a single disc.

Physical Version Of The Binding Of Isaac: Afterbirth+ Coming To PS4

The never-ending cycle of Binding of Isaac remakes, remasters, and re-releases continues with a brand new, physical version of The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth Plus.  Per a tweet from the game's publisher, Nicalis, the game is getting its very own disc for PlayStation 4 users to inevitably break after a particularly heartbreaking run.

Bring Out Your Dead, Resident Evil:Revelations Coming to Xbox One and PS4

How many Resident Evil games have there been?  If you take into account the main cannon, plus all the offshoots and then the remakes - too many to really care about.  One co-op version of the game was Resident Evil: Revelations and its being relaunched again; this time for the Xbox One and PlayStation 4.

The rise of the Ghost Babies!

The Binding Of Isaac: Rebirth Has A Nintendo Switch Release Date

The Nintendo Switch is out in full force, so naturally, games of all shapes and sizes are being announced left and right.  A standout in the proverbial flurry, though, has always been the roguelike twin-stick shooter, The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+.  It's on just about every platform you can think of at this point, and while its Switch release was probably inevitable, it certainly lends a bit more heft to a system without a ton of available titles.

The end of the beginning.

The Final DLC Is Out For LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens

The latest of LEGO's licensed gaming exploits has finally reached its conclusion, as the last DLC is now out for LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens.  What's next for everyone's favorite building block company?  Who's to say.  Perhaps it's LEGO Mad Max, or maybe LEGO The Revenant.  Personally, I'd be pretty excited for LEGO Steve Jobs.  I feel like all those cutesy figurines could really work wonders on Danny Boyle's biopic.
