Left 4 Dead 2 Mod: Badwater Basin

Do you love Left 4 Dead 2's Scavenge mode, but wish you could play it cooperatively instead of competitively? Or do you really enjoy playing the last map of the Dead Center campaign with your buddies, but pine for a moving objective? Or are you nuts for Team Fortress 2's Payload mode, but feel it could use more zombies? If you answered "yes!" to any of these questions, then Left 4 Dead 2 player-created mod "Badwater Basin" might just be for you.

I mean, Madballs in...Babo: Invasion is free to play on Steam this upcoming weekend (April 16-18). Okay, so you could always play the demo version of the game - but does the demo include all of the levels, new maps, skins, unlockables, and our very favorite Co-op? No, it doesn't. So, join up with us this weekend and play some Madballs on Steam. You have 36 hours to play as much Madballs as you like (in co-op because we said so,) starting this Friday.

Konami Bringing Def Jam Rapstar to Consoles this Fall

It's been some time since we've heard about the movement of Def Jam Rapstar, and it appears it'll be sometime before we can all show our lyrical skills rapping smooth syllables into the silver chromed grille of a microphone.  While the game has been in development for some time, it has been without a publisher.  Konami has announced that it will co-publish the game in North America along with new comer Atomic Games.  You'll also find the game on the Wii now, alongside the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions.

Green Day Rock Band Song List, Details

As we near the June 8 release of Green Day Rock Band, the complete song list has been revealed.  As expected, the heaviest emphasis is on the band's most popular albums: Dookie, American Idiot, and 21st Century Breakdown.  (A personal favorite, Brain Stew is one of the included tracks, as well.)  One surprising revelation is that there will be only three venues, which is much less than other music game titles.  Exporting the disc's 47 songs into other Rock Band games will cost $10, but it's free if you buy the enhanced version, known as Green Day Rock Band Plus.  This version will also include the previously released Green Day DLC.
