If you are a frequent PC game player, and you own Steam, chances are you have seen the game Warframe pop up on your Steam browser at some point. Or, perhaps you have been following the game for some time, and were eager to give it a spin. Regardless of where you started Waframe, you and over one million players have become cyborg ninjas in just two weeks. Since the release of the Warframe open beta on March 18th, over one million players have signed on, spanning over 100 countries.
Digital Extreme has finally entered Warframe into its open beta testing phase and with a brand new update to accompany it. Update 7.0 features all new Warframe characters, weapons, a snowy battleground, and much more!

There's no slow lumbering combat here, just fast paced third person action with plenty of explosions, swords, and co-op.
The developer responsible for Darkness 2’s and Bioshock 2’s multiplayer gameplay, Digital Extremes, has announced its next PC title, Warframe, as a free-to play third-person shooter. Just like everyone else, we like free things too, so we got curious.
