New Launch Trailer For Cooperative Puzzler, A Virus Named TOM

A Virus Named TOM has got itself a fancy new trailer. The four player cooperative puzzle game launches next week, offering a welcome oasis in the summer gaming drought. AVNT in more than a simple circuit puzzle game.. It features 50 single player levels and 50 co-op levels, plus a Battle mode and unlockable upgrades. Check out the video and you'll see it all play out in a lovely grid of circuitous chaos. Oh, and mind the wub. It's infectious.

Tabletop Co-Op: Defenders of the Realm Dragon Expansion

It's time once again for some Tabletop Co-Op! This month, we're taking a look at an expansion to one of the board games we've previously featured here at Co-Optimus: Defenders of the Realm. Since the original is my favorite co-op board game, I eagerly grabbed the first expansion, and absolutely love it. The Dragon Expansion, as it is called, adds more customization options, variant rule sets, and, best of all, new generals for the heroes to fight against. (And they are even painted!)

Resident Evil: Chronicles HD Collection Co-Op Review

Resident Evil: Chronicles HD Collection is a bundle of 2007's Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles and 2009's Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles. Steam is Coming to Linux

Your Steam library may be coming to Linux soon, or at least, some of it will.  Valve have officially announced a version of the Steam will be coming to at least one flavor of the penguin powered operating system, namely Ubuntu.  Of course just because the Steam platform will be making an appearance, doesn't mean you'll instantly be able to play all of your games without Windows.  Much like the Mac version of the digital distribution platform, games will need to be able to run on Linux first.
