Digital Download on 360 and PS3 in December

Ace Combat: Assault Horizon Flies onto PC Next Year

Ace Combat: Assault Horizon was a surprise game for me when it was released last year on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3; in my review I said it " truly competes with the likes of the Tom Clancy franchise games."  In the better late than never department comes the announcement of the PC version of the game is coming in Q1 of 2013 to be distributed by Steam and supporting co-op multiplayer via Games for Windows Live.

Double Fine's Brazen Prototype Offers Promising Co-Op Action

Over the weekend we reported on Double Fine's Amnesia Fortnight Humble Bundle. The developer invited the public to take part in their two week prototyping process, allowing anyone to vote on games pitched by their talented team. Contributors will be able to download the top five games, as well as two prototype games from previous Amnesia Fortnights. The reward for contributing more than the average dollar amount (about $7.30)  is a prototype game called Brazen. This cooperative action title is the brain child of Brad Muir, who was the lead on Iron Brigade.

Relax, These Dead Island: Riptide Screens Can't Kill You

Dead Island: Riptide screenshots aren't exactly in short supply, as we saw a batch themed around the new chef character near the beginning of the month. But series fans demand more pictures of survivors slaughtering the undead, so it would be irresponsible of developer Techland not to dish new pics out. The highlight of this latest array of images is undoubtedly the one pictured above, in which a man with a bad haircut fends off an undead attacker with a boat oar. When the zombies come a-calling, who has time to get a proper haircut?

Get Saints Row: The Third and More From The Humble THQ Bundle

The Humble Bundle has a batch of THQ goodies for you today. Appropriately titled "The Humble THQ Bundle," you can name your price and pick up Darksiders, Metro 2033, Red Faction: Armageddon, and Company of Heroes, along with its two stand alone sequels, Opposing Fronts and Tales of Valor.  That's not all. If you beat the average price, which at the time of this writing is a criminally low $5.31, that's right, five dollars and thirty-one cents, you can get the awesome open world cooperative game, Saint's Row: The Third

Because it wasn't silly enough

Fruit Ninja Kinect Getting a Sci-Fi Theme

Every so often I get inspired to get my lift on so I can maintain my massive Torgue-like physique. Then I see the layer of dust on my Thigh Master, Ab Roller, and Shake Weight and I lose all interest. Lucky for me, I have a Kinect! Sure, it's dusty too, but I don't have to touch it. I find that a few minutes of playing Fruit Ninja Kinect each month is just enough exercise to keep me alive. I haven't died yet, so the science must be right!
