Magic the Gathering: Duels of the Planeswalkers 2013 Teaser Trailer

The latest Magic: the Gathering game, Duels of the Planeswalkers 2013, is due to launch sometime this summer. As such, Stainless Games and Wizards of the Coast have released a trailer touting some of the game's new features. Despite being dubbed a 'Gameplay Trailer,' it's heavy on the lackluster Flash animation first seen in 2012's intro and a bit light on actual gameplay. Still worth a watch to glimpse a few new cards though!

Inversion Delayed

Once again, space and time have warped around the gravity manipulation game, Inversion, causing another delay. According to Eurogamer, the game has been pushed to July. It was supposed to launch on June 5th. This is the 63rd delay for the game, the first most notably coming in August of 1981, when the title was originally scheduled to arrive on the Atari 2600. I bet the delay will give Saber Interactive a chance to make it even better, assuring us a polished co-op experience.

Another Flatulent Video For Orc Attack

A new video for Orc Attack has reared its ugly head. The four player hack-and-slash adventure features a team of gastrically challenged orcs. They use their repulsive bodily functions as gag-inducing power attacks while chopping puny humans to pieces. Sound gross? It is. If you're into dual wielding giant weapons and think fart jokes are hilarious, this might be the game for you.

Now players can create their own custom maps

Shogun 2 Receives a Modding Editor

Many RTSs and strategy games boast extremely enthusiastic and creative communities who love to create their own mods for the game. Happily, many of the heavy hitters in the genre allow them to do just that, and Total War: Shogun 2 can now be numbered among them. Via "the Editor," or "TEd," Shogun 2 players can now create their own custom maps for both co-op and multiplayer battles. TEd works for both the original Shogun 2 as well as its stand-alone expansion Fall of the Samurai.

Steel Battalion: Heavy Armor Demo Live, New Video Displays Kinect Controls

I have played the Steel Battalion: Heavy Armor demo, and it's... different. The mech game requires the use of both a controller and the Xbox 360's Kinect sensor. I've been curious about the title since it was announced back in 2010, even more so when a four player co-op mode was revealed last month. Do the Kinect and 360 controller play well together? Check out the following video to get an idea for how everything works.
