Crossplay co-op coming to PlayStation for the first time in the Borderlands series

Tiny Tina's Wonderlands: CrossPlay, Endgame, and Season Pass Details

Tiny Tina's Wonderlands, Gearbox and 2K's quirky fantasy-themed Borderlands spinoff, is set to debut on March 25. We've got plenty of new details to share about the game, but the most exciting one has to be that the PlayStation version of Tiny Tina's Wonderlands will support crossplay with other platforms, something that Borderlands 3 on PlayStation does not do at present. Xbox and PC will support crossplay as well, so crossplay co-op adventures are in the cards for everybody.

Twisted Metal and Twisted Metal: Black to Hit PSN Today

Everyone's favorite car racers with a sordid past will return to the PSN with today's update. The original Twisted Metal will be arriving on the PSN as a part of the PSOne classics, meaning you can grab it on the PS3 or the PSP (and consequently the Vita). Released on November 5, 1995, Twisted Metal was a unique and one of a kind experience. It took the chassis of a racing game, added the items that popularized the Mario Kart series, and minced it with a ruthless cast of characters themed for a mature audience. Rife with a motley assortment of deadly characters, each racer had a uniquely disturbing back story and vehicle. To this day, Sweet Tooth remains one of Sony's most iconic villains.

The jamming duo returns in style

Sega Vintage Collection: ToeJam and Earl Collection Co-Op Review

The ToeJam & Earl series is fondly remembered by people who played the Sega Genesis, including yours truly. Sadly, the series remains largely forgotten by everyone else, despite ToeJam & Earl III appearing exclusively on the original Xbox. The cause may stem from SEGA not actually owning the characters. The rights belong to one of the series’ two creators, Greg Johnson. Thankfully he worked out a deal with SEGA, who have just released the first two games as SEGA Vintage Collection: ToeJam & Earl.

FarCry 3 Co-Op Campaign Trailer Introduces the Cast

FarCry 3 is out next week on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.  The game was a surprise for us at E3 earlier this year when it boasted an entirely new co-op campaign along side the game's single player campaign.  While details have been scarce, today's trailer reveals the mode's four playable characters as well as some of the story.

Valve Updates Portal 2 With an Official PC Split-Screen Co-Op Mode

Consoles might have had the split-screen co-op advantage on Portal 2 that their PC counterparts didn’t for a good while, but those days are now gone. Along with some minor fixes, Valve has recently added the split-screen co-op mode to the PC version of Portal 2, making Steam the undisputed best way to experience the entire game on one platform.

Halo 4 sells a ton of copies

Time and Money are the Master Chief's Greatest Weapons

Halo 4 has sold a lot of copies since it launched a little over a week ago.  While the exact sales numbers are not available, Microsoft has decided to put the sales launch into dollar amounts.  So how much has Halo 4 sold?  In the first 24 hours over 220 Million dollars were spent on the game.  Let's say that the average selling price - when you take into account special editions, exchange rates, and everything else is $75.  That would mean the game has sold just shy of 3 million copies in one day.  Impressive to say the least.

Co-Op Spotlight: Resident Evil 6

When Resident Evil 5 was released a few years back, many fans of the series scoffed at the new direction the game was taking.  An action based cooperative shooter with horror elements, leaving behind the slower paced horror and perhaps the best game of the series in RE4.  Resident Evil 6 expands on the legacy that five created, with a stronger focus on co-op gameplay but bringing in characters from numerous Resident Evil games to appease fans.
