Get your bats ready for this cult classic beat 'em up starring baseball ninjas!

'Ninja Baseball Bat Man' Will Get Its First Ever Home Release on iiRcade

One of the coolest things about iiRcade, the home arcade cabinet/console, is that it lets gamers purchase classic arcade games that have never gotten home releases before. We've seen it before with the stellar Warrior Blade: Rastan Saga Episode III and the less-amazing-but-still-charming Ninja Clowns, and we're about to see it again with Ninja Baseball Bat Man. Originally released by Irem in 1993, Ninja Baseball Bat Man is one of the rarest arcade games in the world, and it's coming soon to iiRcade.

Toki, Blood Bros, Cabal, and Heated Barrel journey from the arcade to your home arcade!

Cabal and Other Co-op Classics from TAD Corporation Heading to iiRcade

It has been a while since we shared iiRcade news, but that's mostly because there haven't been many new co-op releases for iiRcade lately. That will change soon, thankfully! Starting with last Friday's release of Toki (a cool single-player run-and-gun platformer starring an ape), iiRcade will release a total of four arcade games from TAD Corporation, a Japanese game developer. The next three releases include Blood Bros, Cabal, and Heated Barrel, all shooters which feature 2-player local co-op!

Classic Brawler 'The Combatribes' Gets Online Co-op on iiRcade

Beat 'em ups have always been perfect games for co-op play. It all started with the 1987 arcade release of Double Dragon, a game that popularized co-op in a big way. Technos would go on to release The Combatribes, another quality beat 'em up that never made it quite as big as its forebear. Fast-forwarding to today, the iiRcade version of The Combatribes now supports 2-player online co-op! iiRcade is a home arcade platform for which users can buy individual games, a growing number of which feature online multiplayer.

We round-up the latest co-op releases and updates for iiRcade.

iiRcade Gets RetroMania Wrestling Update, Online Co-op for More Games, and Donut Dodo

Okay, so we've been neck-deep in TMNT: Shredder's Revenge for the past few weeks, causing us to miss a few of the latest iiRcade announcements. iiRcade, as all the cool kids know, is a home arcade platform for which users can buy individual games. Some of those games include RetroMania Wrestling, which just got a free update; the recently released Donut Dodo, a single-player game that plays just like a lost arcade classic; and several existing classics like Strikers 1945, The Ninja Kids, and FixEight that now support online co-op.

iiRcade Announces Accessory Support for All Cabinets

iiRcade is a home arcade platform for which users can buy individual games. One thing it has not been until now, though, is an arcade platform with support for trackballs and other devices. That will soon change, though, because iiRcade has just announce that accessory support will be coming to both existing iiRcade cabinets and the upcoming iiRcade Gold Edition cabinets. This should allow for a greater variety of classic arcade games to be offered on the platform.
