Console gamers have their go now.

Painkiller Hell and Damnation Arrives on 360 and PS3 this April

Painkiller Hell & Damnation was released last year on the PC, rebooting a franchise that old school shooter fans had fond memories of.  While it wasn't the greatest shooter we played, the two player co-op gave it some legs and added to the chaos that was set before you.  Now console gamers are going to get to try their hands with weapons like the stake gun as hundreds of enemies attempt to bring you down in this horror-esque setting.

Get it? It's funny because of the -- oh never mind.

Earth Defense Force 2017 Portable Out Now, Launch Trailer Looks Buggy

Earth Defense Force 2017 Portable is available now on the PlayStation Vita via the PlayStation Store. If you're not familiar with the series, I'll sum it up for you: You play as Storm 1, part of the Earth Defense Force. You forcibly defend the Earth from alien attacks. These aliens, called Ravagers, come in the form of giant bugs, hulking robots and menacing drop ships. You control a little dude with strangely animated hips and blast the bugs while gathering better weapons and armor. As an added bonus, the buildings which make up the cities you're supposed to be defending will crumble if you so much as look at them funny. There is no penalty for knocking over a skyscraper for the sake of a good explosion. It's simple, fun, and addictive.

Everyone's gotta start somewhere

Meet the Sword and Shield of Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate

As we look ahead to the co-op releases for the next few months, Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate still firmly blips on our radar screens for the end of March. Previously, we've seen the some action straight from the game and even a little bit about connecting with other WiiU friends online or locally via the 3DS. Recently, Capcom's begun detailing some of the different weapons and weapon combos you'll have available through the Capcom-Unity blog. First up on the list is the basic weapon set with which all players will begin: the ever trusty Sword and Shield.

DungeonLand Release Date Announced

We've been following DungeonLand since it was announced last March, and thankfully unlike some other games coming this year, this one is coming in under a year's time - as opposed to a 4 year wait.  The 3 player co-op hack and slash game is set to release on the PC on January 22nd.  With that Paradox is taking pre-orders for just $9.99 on the game, which will be available from GamersGate and a handful of other digital distribution services.

Shouting Obscenities Into Kinect Won't Get You Very Far in Dead Space 3

We are sure we aren’t the only ones with co-op buddies that yell into their microphones to magically control their game better. For Dead Space 3, however, Kinect voice commands have been integrated into the game, giving angry gamers a legitimate reason to use their loud, vocal mouths to enhance their overall control and in-game experience.
