First announced a year ago, Chucklefish's turn-based strategy game, Wargroove, will finally see the light of day in just a couple weeks... on the Switch, Xbox One, and PC, at least. The title is still coming to the PlayStation 4, but its release date is still TBD.

Magic Design Studios' action/adventure platformer, Unruly Heroes, is now available on the PC, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. This retelling of the "Journey to the West" story lets players team up on a couch and play as Wukong the Monkey King, Sanzang the Sleepy Monk, Kihong the Greedy Pig, Sandmonk the Sensitive Brute as they search for the remnants of the Sacred Scroll.

We've brought up QC Games' Breach a few times over the past couple months, and while the title has been accessible via a closed alpha for that time, last Thursday's Steam Early Access release opened the title up to a much wider audience. We dove in as part of our weekly "Let's Play Co-Op" stream and came a way with some highs and lows.

Owning and running your own island empire is a pretty complex gig, especially when you're doing it with your favorite Co-Presidente.  As such, Tropico 6's publisher, Kalypso Media, has announced that the game's release date has been pushed back to March 29th of this year in order to ensure everything is in tip-top shape when it finds its way to the general public.

There are fun and easy-going co-op games, there are challenging co-op games, and then there are truly brutal co-op games that strain you and your party. The Co-Opticrew has quite a few games in the ol' weekend hopper, but will they all get played?  That, my friends, is the suspense and anticipation that presumably keeps you all coming back to our Weekend in Gaming articles, because otherwise, you'd be coming back for my "overflowing supply" of "wit" and "candor".

While the latest content drop for Destiny 2 hit last month, our usual crew had fallen behind with the Power Level requirements to check out the what was new/different with "Black Armory." Now that we've all spent some time getting those weekly powerful engrams, we decided to hop in and show what Destiny 2 is looking like these days.

QC Games' Breach is now available via Steam Early Access, but earlier in the week, Nick and I had the opportunity to hop into a play session with Dallas Dickinson, CEO and Co-Founder at QC Games, and Gabe Amatangelo, Game Director and Chief Creative Officer, to play a quick round and learn a little more about the inspirations for this unique action RPG.

Battlefield V launched back in November 2018 with only a couple of the gameplay modes that were initially discussed/revealed with the latest entry in the Battlefield franchise. One of the modes that was missing was the cooperative "Combined Arms," which would let you team up with three friends to complete a mission. DICE finally announced a few days ago that that mode will finally be coming to the game as part of the "Lightning Strikes" content sometime next month.

Looking forward to playing Anthem next month but worried that you won't have enough friends to tackle some of the harder content? Then there's some (potentially) good news! Ben Irving, Lead Producer on the game, confirmed a few days ago that matchmaking will be supported for "every activity in the game."

We heard news a little while back that the next Battlefleet Gothic game, Battlefleet Gothic: Armada 2 (it's a game in the Warhammer 40k universe, if you didn't know), would feature a full co-op campaign, but not much else beyond that. Now, with the title a week away from release, we're finally getting all the info and a little glimpse of what to expect from the three playable campaigns.

I have floated back and forth between console and PC gaming over the years. While focusing on the PC field and adding to my Steam library more I have found that the hardware is as important as the games themselves. Thankfully, the HyperX Pulsefire Core does a wonderful job as an entry level piece of hardware for those entering, or reentering, the PC field.
